I called and Marissa answered right away. I needed an alteration of a formal gown for a black tie wedding. Marissa met with me right away and adjusted our meeting time to fit my work schedule. She had great suggestions for how to adjust the dress based on what I was looking for. She completed it right on time and the alteration was perfect. She is friendly and has great customer service skills. Highly recommend!
